Weaving Process

     Generally, there are three sorts of the material manufacturing process; weaving, knitting and nonwoven. Among them, weaving technology is widely utilized in manufacturing fabric. the material is produced from weaving operation are called woven fabric.

The process of manufacturing fabric by interlacing warp and weft threads is understood as weaving. The machine used for weaving is understood as a weaving machine or loom. Different fabrics are produced in Weaving Industry. above menion fabric are weaved  used multi veries machine and related machines. Before going straightly to the Weaving process; some pretreatment and pre-process should be administered.

Before weaving various process are done. After the spinning process, yarn is split into two forms, one is weft form and another is warp form. Weft yarns are produced by cop winding and warp yarn are produced by the wool winding process. during this article, I will be able to give the working process flow chart of weaving.

Yarn preparation: Yarn collects from the spinning tradehowever, it must prepare an appropriate count and package.


Winding: Winding needs for getting ready appropriate yarn package. we all know that within the weaving method 2 sets of yarn is employed. Warp and yarn yarn. Warp yarn wind into a cone package. however yarn yarn wind into prin package for standard loom and cone package for a contemporary loom.

Distortion: Warping is meant to arrange the beam of the weaver to be put in on the weaving machine. distortion performs the subsequent operations:
